Building and sustaining significant connections in educational settings

Abstract: Right now, we have a unique opportunity to reconnect, re-think and transform the way we educate young people all over the world. Let’s talk about ways to embrace this moment positively, and get closer to our students, their families, and the school community around us. Together with this discussion, I’d like to share my experience of how teachers might support their student’s learning through a series of adaptable activities that include joyful story moments, personalization, and simple human connectivity.
