This talk explores the irreplaceable value teachers bring to the learning experience—beyond knowledge delivery. Drawing on recent research, classroom experiences, and ethical considerations, we examine how educators can redefine their roles as facilitators, critical thinkers, and empathetic guides. This session invites reflection, dialogue, and practical strategies for rethinking our role in the ELT arena.
