This is a course for students and teachers of English as a foreign language who are interested in brushing up their pronunciation. The overall aim of the course is to guide participants in the process of improving their pronunciation skills while at the same time they become familiar with some basic aspects of the theory behind the pronunciation system of English.
Participants are given opportunities not only to practise their pronunciation skills (through repetition exercises, games, speaking activities…) but also to discover pronunciation rules and concepts.
Course participants meet once a week online with the course tutor to share a one-hour presentation on the topics of the course.
